Do you know who they were? I just waited till the last 20 seconds then bid. I bid a few times within the last 15 minutes too. Next time I'm waiting it out and going for the kill within the last 10 seconds. |

None of the other 3 bidders have given any buyer's feedback to japaneseorchids going as far back as late May, so they're either quiet buyers or not recent regular customers of japaneseorchids on ebay. |

Purple Neo. Manjushage
Seed Engei just posted pics of 33 Neos on Facebook from an orchid show in Japan. This was one of the Neos posted. Has anyone seen a purple Manjushage before? Check out all of the pics I was drooling over the Neos and the pots.

Yes, it's called Hanakanzashi. Unfortunately that variety does not bloom with 3 spurs every year. One year it may, the next year it may not. |

So for shorter leaves and tighter growth, hold the water and grow under bright light.
Some impressive specimen-size clumps of bean leaf varieties too, like the Kirinmaru.
And I wish there were some more shots of that Daishogun from other angles.

I don't know if it is the same as you mention, Satomi on her FB page says it is breeding between MANJUSHAGE and RAIZAN
