Acquiring Neofinetias Via EBay
Not me! Nice plant and intriguing mutation! There are some large and more costly plants up for auction in the next two days. I like this one: AMAMI-NO-TOU 奄美の塔
Seed Engei occasionally provide plants that are mutations of Amami Island Furan. Since mutations come from seedlings, you would have to grow several generations in order to register it, right? Otherwise this particular plant is one of a kind?

Yep, several generations and to be possibly registered, you need to present 3 plants in traditional potting to even be considered of having it registered and then there is the registration fee, which can be very high.

It appears from the number on the back of my tag that I paid only 30 for my similar sized one at the SEPOS show, but I guess subjectively the form and variegation might be better on the ebay one. My leaves are a little twistier and one bottom leaf is solid green.
Below is mine as it appeared in April (new leaf has continued to slowly grow since).

Only $30 for your Tamazuru, Jay? I've noticed some numbers on the back of the tags before and they are not always equal to the actual price. Sometimes they are, many times they aren't in my experience. But if you got yours for $30, then wow. :O Congrats! Tama-nishiki is pretty expensive itself. To get Tamazuru at that price would be such a steal.

I think that's correct. That's what I put down on my spreadsheet the day I bought it. There's a slight chance that's incorrect as I didn't get an itemized receipt. As it was SE gave me some discount on the total for the bunch of plants I bought that day.
