A few spikes, but nothing blooming yet, except a fugaku that is almost done with its blooms.

Hi Red, I will post my cultural advice soon on FB.
Fukien is a different variety from the the other marginal varieties by virtue of its characteristics. It has clear white margins and thick wide leaves, and ruby like roots! It also has reddish flower stems! It is a slow grower and that keeps price high. It is also susceptible to weather and humid changes in my experience and others too. That is why it is coveted and expensive. So many good qualities yet tricky to grow.

Acquiring Neofinetias Via EBay
Spectacular Gojo-Fukurin up for auction. If I did not already have this plant I would try to get it.

Watched the auction for the previously noted Gojo--there was not a single bid on this lovely plant!

I had to keep my hands in my pockets for this round. Hubby made an orchid count when I was watering this morning.

Darn those hubbies with the ability to count! Doesn't he know that one Neofinetia plant is equivalent to three Cattleya? Or four standard sized Phalaenopsis? You are doing him a favor when you buy a small, little Neo! LOL!
