Antique fuukiran varieties

Hi all,

Does anyone have a list of the really old fuukiran varieties?? I know the variety Seikei has a long history. I'd be interested to know how many of these old varieties are still in cultivation.

Actually, a lot of the really old ones are still in cultivation, and in fact some are common and well known.

Most of the lists and records I've come across in on the japanese websites show the oldest reference to the varieties as "prior to Edo Ansei 2" which is 1855. That would make these varieties over 150 years old. Some of these are registered fuukiran but not all. The ones I have found photos to have links. This list is NOT exhaustive.
