Neo experts, help me with possible ID

I got this in a two for one deal on Ebay. The ad only said, two Neo's for the price of one and the seller had no other info.
It has a type of leaf varigation called (hukur inn) ,at least from the info I can find.
The root tips are green.
The leaves are a light green with the yellow on the outside edges.
I don't know what color the flowers are, but the color of the plant makes up for it.

I know they are very hard to identify but any info will help.
