Finally In Bloom
Last Saturday one bud started to crack open (the bottom one on the spike!), and this Saturday the spike was fully open. Enjoy:

Two weeks ago, the first bud was just beginning to open.
One week ago the spike was fully open.
I am a member of two orchid societies, with meetings on Tuesday & Thursday. When I got to the greenhouse today, the flowers were already fading (with brown spots).
I am sure that they do this on purpose!
