Angraecum aloifolium - what is this spot?

Hi guys, I've bought this littl cutie and it arrived 1 week ago, as I post on the thread about new bought 2014 edition The leaf had this spot on it and I supposed it was a little bit dried, but after 1 week it's getting worse. What do you think it is? Fungus? Virus? Can I save it?
Also the elder leaf has a strange color...

You may be losing the top leaf to crown rot. Am I correct in assuming these pics were taken a couple of days apart with the pic on the right being the newest pic?

If this were my plant I would be pouring household peroxide, 3% solution, into the crown and down the stem.

Most Angraecum produce growths from the stem area so you might pop a new growth if the top leaf falls off.

I hope you will get a replacement for it. I think the rot has gone down into the stem. Good luck!
