The most expensive part was the glass door. But you can replace that with something less expensive like plastic, or find a piece a glass that is already the right size. 1/4 inch thick glass, two pieces, will run around 40. Much more than the aquarium itself. Then add on another 15-20 for latches, silicone, and hinges. There are some people who sell I think cheap alternatives. Premade vertical tank conversion kits thats just the door.
