well, there are lots of reasons to get them together but it assumes you have all the time to make it happen safely and comfortably.

bringing them together will acclimate them together and they will likely be more bonded BUT they are both going to be terrified and they display and react to that fear in different way and it will require a lot of dancing by you to make it work.
