Some experienced people might be able to guess what kind of species is 'in there' if it is a very distinctive pattern. Paph. malipoense for example has very distinctive patterning that get inherited by its kids. Paph venustum also has very distinctive patterning, but I'm not sure it does pass this on to offspring.
Your first photo looks kind of like the leaves on my Iantha Stage, which are different to the others that I have because they are quite glossy, and the darker areas on the leaves are slightly raised.
