Yeah, of course you can move them, but the HUGE danger in moving is to risk putting them in a brighter spot where they get too much sun, or forgetting that in the new position, what is fine in the am turns into death valley as the sun moves round.
Moving great distances anecdotally can cause problems , but short distances no, as long as you remember where the sun tracks.
