I am glad it isn't cold damage. If it is a type of rot, take a cotton ball, dip it in isopropyl alcohol and clean a leaf off. Repeat with the next leaf (new cotton ball). This will kill off any bacteria or spores of fungus that are trying to colonize the leaf. I usually do this for a few days. Good luck!
