Default Rhynchostele Cervantesi in S/H questions

Hi all !
Someone tried growing some kind of Rhynchostele in S / H?
I know this species like fresh, moist environments, so I feel it would be a good option for growth.
I used a Styrofoam cup rather than a traditional plastic container, with the idea to stay with cooler temperatures.
Do you guys think it's good a cultivation plan for this plant?
What can you suggest?

I have the problem that I can not get the MSU fertilizer here in Mexico, so I would ask if there are any other substitute for this fertilizer and what features should it have?

As part of the Oncidium alliance it should do quite well in s/h. My Oncs love it, but as you mentioned Rst is a cooler temp sub group The evaporation around the clay pellets will cool the roots somewhat depending upon your ambient conditions but if your growing area is on the hot side, it may not work. Maybe someone who has Rst in their collection could be of more help.

As for MSU fertilizer, you could contact Firstrays
and see if they ship internationally. Good luck!
