Phal from bark to leca
Default Phal from bark to leca

Hi everybody,
I have a phal that was given to me as a gift, however the bark appeared to be very old,had critters as well as white spots on it that appeared to be fungus..I tried to soak it with hydrogen peroxide and water but didn't do much. Some roots had rot as well. So I repotted it in leca beads and cut the spikes. I soaked the roots in a solution of water and physan 20 (1tsp for a gallon).
Now,the leaves are not as firm anymore and got droopy within hours from the repotting! The roots look weird too. During the process some cracked and looks like there is mould on :s
I'm not too sure what to do now..is it normal??
Forgot to mention the pot is a normal orchid pot with holes at the bottom.

Thank you in advance!Phal from bark to leca-uploadfromtaptalk1429210657884-jpgPhal from bark to leca-uploadfromtaptalk1429210680937-jpgPhal from bark to leca-uploadfromtaptalk1429210690231-jpgPhal from bark to leca-uploadfromtaptalk1429210700235-jpgPhal from bark to leca-uploadfromtaptalk1429210712180-jpg
