It looks good enough to be blooming, but the leaves look quite dark. What sort of light is it getting? Insufficient light is the number 1 reason for lack of blooms (assuming that you are fertilizing it regularily)

Truth is, I might be a little anxious with the blooming thing, because I got this Phal last November and it was on full bloom. Perhaps it needed the rest and can get on blooming again when it's ready.
As for light, its on a south window and has a full light circle - no curtains or blinds. But light is indirect. The picture shows the Phal on its usual spot, in the end of an afternoon.

Since you only got it last yea it may be normal. New Phals frequently skip a blooming because leaving their cozy perfect greenhouse environment takes some getting used to.
