Vanessa, are you by any chance in Cape Coral or Ft Myers? If so, the RO water supply they provide there will be death on orchids. Buy the Culligen stuff. Much safer.

I'm practically on Sanibel/Captiva islands. Now I'm wondering about my RO H20 Ross? I certainly don't want to kill my orchids with water as I can kill them easy enough a thousand other ways. Please advise?

The reason I asked is that Cape Coral community water supply is R.O. plus mixed brackish water. Completely safe for human consumption but the reclaimed water (purple hydrants) is better for plants (no brackish water). If you purchase distilled or RO water in store, that will be totally safe for plants.
