My hydros and what is this wierd orchid??

One day, upon my return from work, I found that some kindly (or exasperated) neighbour had abandoned a very sick looking phal on my doorstep. Its leaves (all two of them) were wrinkly and sick looking and most of its roots were rotten. I potted it into semi hydro and within two weeks it was putting out a new leaf, and now i can see (whatchacallit), 'nubbins' forming on the stem, a sure sign of new root growth. Free plant for me, i'd better be careful where i display it once it blooms in case my neighbour wants it back !
