Unlike yours, my psychopsis's bulbs are upon each other, so the older bulb will be potted much deeper than the new growth, thats once again why I'm asking what should I do, Because if I'll repot it...

The Rotchildinum is green and healthy unlike the Stramineum that you see in the picture. Any reason why?
