Dendrobium ID. please

I just got a brand new 'chid at my orchid society meeting, and it was not labeled. Sooooooooooo, I was wondering if anyone had any clue about type and care. Think its a Den. but again, not 100% sure....

it is 4 or 5 leaves since the end of summer. i feed with superthrive(not in the winter) is it possible that i am allowing these to over bloom? they bloom prolifically.
