But it already had 4 spikes that I cut the dead flower part. And I saw this species in nursery they don't put spikes while the flower in stress or after more then a week of flowers dead. And I got it in stress and with no live flower and it been 2 months and then the keiki appeared.

Thank you snowflake311.
Now don't get this wrong but i really like to save ill or neglected plants. I first notice a rule but it works only with many when in a nursery there is a bunch of the same spices and all die expect of one that isn't fully dead pick him. WHY? BECAUSE :he is a survival think how he will do with care and second you will get it very cheap or free because its neglected and will soon as sad it is will be thrown to the garbage with the rest. Worked best for me with cactus ant cacti.
Maybe you are right. But, I will say that Phals under stress will throw spikes off of the old inflorescence. It's natures way of trying to procreate to continue it's existence. If the plant is getting it's needs met over the last 2 months then I'd say it wants to reproduce. Does the plant look sick, or have the leaves recovered?
With Phals, it has been my experience that they put off a keikei when the plant is about to perish. I know there are plants that are prolific with the keikei production however.
I don't agree actually my family had now another one and they didn't know how to care it and after 2 months it put from inflorescence spike this keiki
As far i have witnessed when plant daying or thriving it will put keiki. But will never put flower spikes.
It was in a metal vaze without holes that got rusty somtimes with a bit standing water so the phal with ten rots and 4 big leaves died in less then a month
