can you get a new orchid from leaves?

ok I was moving my orchids around when I was watering them 3 weeks ago and I snapped off two leaves of one of my cats right where another new leaf was comming out. Not possible with vegetative methods but very simple vith plant tissue culture techniques. Even you can reproduce clones of millions if you want

I was trying to save a phal I had (R.I.P) I think once I get a hold of taking care of one I would LOoOve cloning more!
