after recooking the flasks in the oven the immense heat created water vapour inside. Will it do any harm to the seeds. How do we get rid of the water vapour?

It will not harm the seeds, it's just makes it harder to see inside. Using vented lids may help.

yes definately won't harm the plants. I microwave sterilise my jars, and there is always condensation in them, never lost a protocorm from condensation.

What kind of jars did you use? Just curious. The last time I attempted this I got contamination big time! I found my jars to be faulty.

I used to use baby food jars but I have recently changed to square olive oil bottles. I have a local supplier of these and they make excellent culture jars when lying on their side.

Won't that kill them? Are you simply boiling, or pressure cooker? Obviously not autoclave.

Thanks.
