I think a few took!
I think the Zygopetalum, the Blc hybrid and the Den Oriental Smile took!!!
The Zygopetalum and the Blc are selfings.
The Den Oriental Smile is the pod parent and the pollen parent is Den aggregatum (lindleyi).
I haven't taken an up close and personal look at the Ascocenda and the Renantanda. I think my Onc. harrisonianum and the Tolumnia Genting 'Volcano' took too. Now I just have to see if they will get viable seed pods.

They all look like they're producing seed pods. A word of warning about the Ascocenda hybrid...it takes at least a year or more to ripen. Just thought you'd like to know, just in case you're wondering or were going to ask.

Well I went and did it again.
I did a selfing on my Haraella retrocalla. I'm unsure as to the amount of time it takes for the seed pod to ripen.
Anyone out there have an idea? It is a Vanda alliance but it is a mini.

All I know is that your Haraella retrocalla will not be ripe within a month. I've pollinated Neofinetia falcata before (miniature Vandaceous plants that are usually not much taller than three to four inches). These bloomed in the early summer. When fall came around, they still weren't ripe yet. Unfortunately the capsules fell off, so I don't know the definitive time they would actually ripen. According to Troy Meyers, the seed pods that many other people have harvested were right around a year old. Strangely not much of a difference even when there's a huge size difference.
I imagine your plant will be ready by about the same time give or take a couple months.

Well the Ascocenda and Renantanda crapped out.
The good news is the Den, the Zygo, and my latest selfing of the Haraella look like they are working.
Here are updated photos. Included a Dgmra which probably won't take but it was fun trying.

OK, I think my head is going to explode from reading all this, but it is definitely interesting stuff. I'll just stick to my Phals. Good luck Melissa. I hope you have somewhere to grow all these seedlings out. Looks like you'll have 1 or 2 or a billion

I just posted my seed reports on Troy's site. It looks like the Haraella, the Zygo, and the Den are the only 3 that are still cooking.
He is definitely interested in the Haraella (it's a species) and I'm doing the Hybrid program for the other 2.
So far it looks like the Haraella has to cook for about 400 days. Boy I will have my work cut out for me to keep the GH at the right temps this winter.
