Good morning orchid friends, I've recently bought a flask of Clowesia glaucoglossa seedlings! Before doing so I have done the necessary research and bought the supplies I need to ensure I can grow them properly. I've read on Fred Clarke's "De‐flasking the genus Catasetinae" PDF that he recommends a RH level of 50%-80% for deflasked seedlings. As far as I know, where I live (San Antonio TX) has humidity levels around that point throughout the day, at least outdoors. I have yet to get a humidity dome, though there are places locally I can get one, but I wanted to ask first if it was even necessary. I am thinking that if I grow the seedlings near the rest of my plants, just with indirect light, the nearby humidity combined with the moistness of the sphagnum they grow in may be enough. What do you all think? I really don't want anything to rot. Thanks
