Growing under lights, two fans running for air circulation. Have been growing for many years with no problems until now. Heat is 70 to 73 degrees

Welcome to the board, kishocat. Sorry you are having this issue with your Phalaenopsis. It might be helpful if we could see a couple pictures of the whole plant.
