Testing for ploidy in orchids?

I'm wondering, does anyone know where one would be able to send a sample to determine ploidy in orchids? I've seen lots of places on the web mention they've either done it or they have a 'confirmed' polyploid plant by means of testing.
I'm asking because I've got a few plants, and another on the way, that are possibly tetraploid plants. I'm considering their use for a breeding program, and it would be beneficial to know what I'm working with.
Any clues?
