Miltoniopsis

:hello
I have been told how difficult it is to grow Miltoniopsis. But I decided to try. I had this plant for 3 years and it seems to like my south facing window sill. Last fall it blessed me with 2 flowering spikes. Now, 4 spikes showed up and I am waiting for the flowers to bloom. I am very excited. My house is cool (living in New Hampshire) and I keep track of the soil moisture. So, I must be doing something right! :) Now, I want more and more Miltoniopsis...

Good job. The average Miltoniopsis is pretty tough in warm to hot climates, but they are much easier if you have the right temperatures and you're willing/able to keep them properly hydrated.

Did this come with a tag? To me it looks more like a Miltoniopsis intergeneric than a pure Miltoniopsis.

It looks happy. Beautiful plant and blooms.

MrHappyRotter. Thank you. The tag only says: Milt. Breathless 'Hilo Galaxy' JC/AOS.
I don't know what the JC/AOS means.
