Is green on moss okay for flasklings?

:hello I have Dendrobium spectabile that are a year out of the flask and a couple kinds of Paphs that are younger. Is the green (algae?) on the moss and perlite harming my orchids? Should I be treating them with something?

There are also these super tiny silver bugs that I see every once in a while on the moss. Should I be concerned about those? Should I be treating them with something?

Only 4 of 40 Dendrobiums have survived my care (in my defense it was my first flask!) The Paphs are doing much better and want to make sure it stays that way. Currently I only spray them with filtered water and occasionally feed them fertilizer.

I really appreciate any advice you may have. Thank you!

While algae is generally not an issue unless it builds up to become a slimy mess, it is a sure indication that you're overfeeding.
