Dendrobium species perhaps ?
 

I got this Den recently and noticed the tag was missing any ideas what this one may be ?. thanks

It's really beautiful. It looks like a hybrid involving D. bracteosum or D. laevifolium. I don't know whether bracteosum comes in this color. D. laevifolium blooms on leafless psudobulbs, so I don't think it's that pure species.
