Sorry new to here. Wrong board. Sorry moderators

Just looks a bit rough - I don't think it needs any special care. Moderate light, water before the media dries out completely, but it shouldn't be kept soggy.

I have one that was a division of someone's plant so I've yet to see it flower. When I got it, it was three pseudobulbs. It's currently sitting in my south facing window and actively growing. Because it's in its active growth stage, if I don't water every other day, those pseudobulbs shrink really fast. That's all I've got for you.

What media is it in, could be it needs to be re-potted and if there are not to many roots alive on it perhaps down size the pot.

OK, ill try to give more water. I have a mixture of 50% bark and 50% moss.

If the new growth is not coming in with pleats, it's getting enough water. Those older pbulbs aren't likely to plump up.

Here's better pic. I just wanna know if its healthy or not. Also what fertilizer will i use?
