Hausermann FAIL!
 

Admittedly, you go to Hausermann's in Avilla Paek, Illinois to buy orchids. They have a lot of orchids at reasonable prices.

However, the greenhouses and the tables where their plants are displayed and growing, are a huge cluttered MESS! Mixed in with the plants are empty trays. Underneath the tables are empty trays.

Obviously, someone needs to go through the green house and clear away all of these empty trays. They are unsightly and could pose a threat to someone walking in the aisles.

At one point, I thought the trays were there for the shopper's convenience. I picked one up and placed my purchases in a tray. When I got to checkout, I asked if I could buy the tray, as I could carry my plants home in this tray.

This scraggly-haired, obese, poorly dressed woman behind the counter, said "No, we don't sell those trays and you can't order them from us as they come from our wholesalers." That was a reasonable explanation but the way she said it was pretty rude. It wasn't like this was their one and only plant tray, they had many of them all over the green houses, many of them strewn underneath the plant stands. Instead of offering to take the tray from me, she told me to put it back where I found it. As rude as she was, I still bought the three plants I had been looking for--I just couldn't resist.

So dear Hausermann: your good customer service was sorely lacking today May 16, 2015. Clean-up needed on aisle 15!

Is that necessary? Are you a supermodel or something?

And you thought SHE was rude??!! Jeez.

I think the gentlemanly thing to do would be to edit your post and remove comments about another person's appearance from this very public forum.
