Great growing. I have trouble with this genus. Would you be able to share your cultural conditions?

I grow it mounted on cork without Sphagnum, near my Cattleya or Vanda, so I think it need a lot of light.

I don't really take care of the temperature in my green house. The mini is 13°c at night in winter, and the max is 43°c at day in summer.
