Fine moss on roots?

1 Attachment(s)
I am repotting my new Den kingianum hybrid now that it's finished blooming. There is some very fine moss attached to the roots. Is this harmful? Should I try to remove it completely? Do you think it might spread to my other orchids? Thanks for any help. If it matters I live in Central Florida where it is always very humid.

I don't think it should be a problem. The roots sure don't look like they mind at all ;)

In its current state, it's no issue, but if the environment favors its growth, it may eventually clog the air flow.

Thanks for the replies. I washed the roots off good with the water hose and I cleaned most of it off so it should be fine until the next repot.
