Help! My miltassia is trying to climb out of the pot!

Hi guys, i got this miltassia royal robe earlier this year. Got it to bloom again recently for me and now it's sending out new shoots. (one's circled in the picture and there's another one hiding behind another bulb where the arrow of pointing). I'm starting to smell some funny mouldy smell when i water it and i figure it's time to bite the bullet and repot it. Right now is in straight sphag moss. Only problem is, ask the new growths are coming out of the pot. Hire do I pot this without burying all the other bulbs?http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/09/a2apezuq.jpg

He's one of the entire plant...

Any suggestions on how to handle this? Should i repot it into the same pot?

This shoot on the opposite side of the other new growths shown from before is also coming out of the pot... http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/09/a7ubyma3.jpg

Here's a better photo of both the new shoots from that first picture... http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/09/a2ema2u5.jpg

They are at such different levels, I'm not sure how to pot this... Plus there isn't enough humidity here the exposed for tips are starting to look a little "burnt"...maybe i can be missing them more often? Idk...

Considering there are two growths, on completely opposite sides, why not just divide the thing and repot them more easily?

I second the idea.

Ummm...cause I'm a total wuss and with the exception on removing a back bulb a couple of days ago to repot my mom's oncidium, have never divided any orchid yet! Lol...plus... I still don't know how to deal with the two new growths on the same side...

Ummm, if you want it to be a big specimen plant, you could transfer it ti a bigger pot and pot it at an angle where all the roots are on the media and all of the bulbs are equally aligned above the media. Or, you could just divide each with 3-4 bulbs or more and have 2 plants :)

Well it is on a rhyzome, as you can see. I just put mine in a bigger pot and built up the bark on one side higher than the other. Or mount it on an upwardly swooping piece of wood then burry that in a pot of bark. Hate the idea of cutting so nice a plant in two. Every time I have divided, one or both sides eventually dies.

You can just repot this at a slightly more pronounced angle with the oldest pbulb down into the media. It won't hurt it a bit unless you keep the entire mass too wet. The oldest partially buried pbulbs won't be hurt at all.

This guy is a climber. It would require daily watering probably, but why not mount it. It wants to climb, let it climb.

I'm not sure if be able to upkeep the mount. Not to humid in this area and I'm forgetful! Lol...I'd hate to split this guy up too but if I just tilt and pot, one of the new growths won't be in media... Maybe i can just pop off the bulbs on highest rhizome (the ones attached to the shoot circled in neon pink) and put the rest trying to accommodate the other new leads.. But then that division will only have 2 or 3 mature pbulbs...
