Got this one in bloom and in a much smaller pot. After I repotted it and put it outside in the greenhouse it just took off! Several new pseudobulbs and finally new blooms after a year. I guess this one is a winter/spring bloomer indeed! :waving
The blooms are massive! I mean I'm a big guy with big hands and these blooms are larger than my hands about 7+ inches, and a amazing cinnamon & sugar candy fragrance that will permeate throughout your home or greenhouse! Enjoy! :biggrin:

Beautiful!! BLC Goldenzelle is an excellent cattleya that has won over 40 awards. It's also widely used as a parent plant to make new hybrids. It has a reputation for being a strong growing orchid and for having very large flowers, just as you mentioned. Yours is very nice. Good growing.

I know right! Its amazing at the variations you can get by self pollinating a plant.
