i saw this at the store yesterday and i couldn't pass it up. its nice and miniature. it has 20 flowers on it already with signs of it stilll branching out and producing buds.
i really liked it so i also looked through the list of phals in orchids.com and i think i MIGHT have found it.

if i knew how to put links into this i would but for now you should look it up and let me know. is this it or do i just stick to noid?

oh, and there are two in one pot. that made the whole thing even more awesome.

NOID. Pretty one though with a nice flower count.

Lovely!!

I only see one plant in that pot. Two spikes, but one plant. I've purchased several phals with double spikes like this, they are VERY pretty when in bloom!

Need a better picture but I think I see 2 plants. Nice lovely plant. It will however always be a noID. I don't care I like my noIDs.

diego_p 01-25-2014 04:21 PM

Yeah, I have no problem with it being noid. Its pretty. :)
I will take more pics to show there are two in there.

hey guys sorry i took so long to post this. been working a lot of OT.
anyway, hereit is. two in one.

RandomGemini 02-03-2014 02:15 PM

That most certainly is two in one! I have a couple of minis that might look like there are two plants in the pot, but they are actually one plant. Older spikes have twisted and turned the leaves in such a way that it looks odd.

I wonder if one is the basal keiki of the other... or if they just were coincidentally planted together.

Really pretty flowers, I can see why you had to have it.

When I have NoID's which I think look a bit like a named plant I will give it a similar name for my own records, but always indicate it's still a NoID when posting/sharing pictures. I like all of mine to have a name even if it's not a real one :)

diego_p 02-06-2014 08:07 AM

That's a neat idea! How do you decide on the name?
