I now understand why u pay so much for SVO Catasetums!
 

Wowza. I finally won 2 SVO orchids on ebay and for the original bid price. Hurray! Cuz yeah never happened b4. Sonlong story short. I won a mormode Jumbo bacia 'svo am/aos' × Mormode Virgen del valle 'Red and Burgundy. Then i won a Fredclarkea After dark. They are both HUGE! My after dark has at least 4 growths coming off of it and has recently just lost all blooms should be going to sleep soon.

My mormode has a baby growth coming in and has just finished blooming as well. Super excited about this. Amd for them to bloom next year!!

Now my mormode.please ignore the dirty pots I just got them put in there lol. The two on the outside are Svo repotted and the middle is my monn. Millenium witchcraft. See the size difference!!!

Well normally they get so high I cant touch em. I truly figured I would lose them both they are so pretty.

There is one on there now that is a svo thatbis yellow and it is over 100 now.

I am so excited they are supposed to have gorgeous displays and wonderful smells! Hurray for no retched odor!! They are also supposed to have several bloom cycles a year.
