Oh no!!! My dendrobium is wilting
 

My dendrobium already lost 5 of its blooms now the last 2 are wilting and dying. I don't think the plant is dying, maybe the blooms are just naturally coming off because it's time.

What do I do to save it? How can I make a dendrobium rebloom. I've learned much on Phalaenopsis but not the dendrobium. Somebody HELP!!!!

Is this the type of dendrobium that has phal-like spikes? If so, they often bloom three times a year, for two and a half months each time. They also re-bloom off old canes. Mine hate being re-potted and, after being knocked over three times by my kids and dogs two years ago, my nice noID nearly died but is now recovering nicely. So, that is definitely something to avoid. I grow mine in lava rock and a basket pot (so no need to worry about decaying medium). It is currently in a West window but prefers a South-facing window and as much light as a cattleya. They prefer 60'F and up, temp-wise, and do well in a fast-draining medium. Hope this helps.
If the blooms are dropping prematurely, it might be because of some change in the environment or a problem with the roots. If you don't know how long it has been in bloom, then you are likely right that the time has come....

Thank you SO MUCH for your information!! I bought my "K. Michelle" from Lowe's in about early July and she has had those blooms and been so pretty up until now. I keep a daytime temp of 74 degrees and a nighttime temp of 65-67 degrees in a east facing window. She doesn't get moved so I can't see her suffering from "bloom blast." Maybe it's just time my friend but I want her to rebloom soon...she is a beautiful pink dendrobium.

What do you mean "phal like spikes?" It has a thin spike coming from the cane and the blooms grow on that spike. I think it is Phal Like

If the flowers somewhat resemble Phal blooms, it is likely from the Phalaenanthe section - commonly referred to as "Den-phals".

It's quite likely your blooms were just at the end of their time.

Your den is the type I thought it was. I think the blooms are fading as their time is up. Mine would wait two or three weeks then send up a new spike (or more). Hope that is the case for you!
