Growth coming out of leaf axle on NOID phal. What is this???

This is a NOID phal. As you can see it is in spike, but when I was checking it the other day, I noticed a weird growth coming out right beside the new leaf. Can someone tell me what this is??? Curiously excited:)

Could be a new spike.

Looks like another spike. Or possibly keiki.

Looks like a flower spike to me. Good growing!
