Tipularir discolor and Aplectrum hymenale

I recently received 10+ of each of those orchids as a gift, and I'm having trouble finding information on caring for them. I have them in leaf litter for now, and they look good so far, but I'd like to know if anyone anyone has had luck with these before.

Tindomul would be the best person to ask about the Tipularia discolor.
