New oncidium orchids, wrinkly psuedobulbs?

I purchased 3 oncidium(Aliceara, Brassidium, Miltonidium) hybrids off eBay and received them 4 days ago. For the most part, they looked fine. Obviously a bit ruffled from the shipping, some of the leaves were a bit folded(I'm guessing from the shipping). All of them are green with wrinkly psuedobulbs, however. I checked their roots(looked fine, healthy, nothing rotted) and one was severely root bound, as in there was practically no potting medium at all in the bottom, just roots. I moved it up to a slightly larger pot and changed the mix out.

That particular orchid seems to have straightened it's leaves out a bit, appears to be holding them more normally, but all of them are still wrinkly--though they look fine otherwise.

Suggestions?

Try to keep them warm and humid - often p'bulbs won't "replump" once they have consumed a significant amount of their reserves, but if the conditions are good, the new growths will compensate for that.
