Due to the "excellent" work of taxonomists on some of the species involved, that is now known as Odontocidium Wildcat.

I find them to be summer bloomers, but frankly, they seem to bloom when they damned well feel like it, which can be a couple times a year. All of the ones I've seen have inflorescences in the range of 18" +/- 6", but that can be affected by culture.

There are a lot of variations in the color of the flowers, ranging in colors like my favorite 'First Rays Red' (top) to 'Jaguar' (below)

'Bobcat' will be close to 'First Rays Red', but with more of a lighter red in the lip, if I remember correctly.

I have a 'Carmela' that started blooming start of May. Still in bloom. Spike is about 30", with 15 flowers. I grow it under fluorescents. Good luck with yours.
