Anyone who has any experience buying from this vendor? I've ordered two Phals last week and this Monday I sent an inquiry regarding two other chids, but so far I've heard nothing from them. Are they a bit slow to respond? :scratchhead:

Never bought from him so I can't help you. Try Burnhams they're good.

Ah, figured, same as in Sweden then. I'll wait and see if they'll answer. I've already ordered two Phals and paid for them so I feel a bit uneasy when not getting any answer to my inquiry.

If you still don't get a reply tomorrow, I would email them again. After a 3-4 day weekend (I don't know if they also had the friday off like we did) your email might have gotten 'lost' in the middle of everything else.

YEs, Friday was a holiday too - Good Friday. I'm sure your order is just caught up in the Easter backlog, I wouldn't worry just yet.

I still haven't received any reply to my first inquiry so I sent another one early this Monday and so far, no answer.

I'm starting to think that it might be an issue with my hotmail account since it refuses to add their email address to my safe list. Maybe they have answered on both my inquiries but I never received the answers? To be on the safe side, I sent a third one today, but using my gmail account this time. Hopefully I'll receive a reply this time. :pray:

I have bought orchids and accessories from Peter White for years and have never had cause for complaint. All plants have been of a good quality and have grown on well.

This is an old thread I see... did you ever git it sorted with Peter?

I've bought orchid supplies from him a lot over the years. He is occasionally very busy and if he's out at shows it can take a few days for him to catch up with emails afterwards. I think there is just him, and someone who helps at shows. He's always got back to me in the end though.
