New Clueless and unsure of health

Well yesterday i was given a orchid and it got sentimentle value and really dont want to lose it. The problem is it already dont look to great to me. I have hunted the internet high and low and there is so much out there but people views vary so much. Then i come across this site. Be great if some one could also tell me what it is :) Thanks all ian http://db.tt/ZsJafugd http://db.tt/TUXwxiEi http://db.tt/aNrfqL2i http://db.tt/5nQK3vQp ---------- Post added at 07:47 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:46 AM ---------- Sorry about over size photos not sure what i have done there :( |

Try downsizing them and uploading again. I have no trouble uploading 1500 X 1200 pix.

Based on the pics, it looks like you have a perfectly healthy and happy orchid!
I've been having trouble with linking to Dropbox because of size of the photos. I've had more success "attaching" the photos instead, try that next time and I think they will be re-sized for easier viewing. That has been my experience, anyway. |
Cheers and Cheers that what i like to hear. Do you know what it is called so i can research it etc.

The genus is Phalaenopsis. Due to how many thousands of hybrids there are it's impossible to get the grex or hybrid name from a picture. All Phal hybrids will respond to the same general culture requirements.

Thank you :-)
