Remove a few leaves on mature phal

Happy New Year Everyone! :goodluck: I found this mature phal in the back of my local nursery and I am quite excited about it! I took some images, and I was wondering if these images look like I should remove the leaf with the brown stains (not sure what that is) or any that are kind of old and twisted? Looks like it might have had slug damage.. Maybe not.. I'm still learning! The leaf I'm most concerned with has some amazing young roots coming in near it (last image I believe) . It has two flower stems too! I hope it is okay, just so excited. :waving:

Any opinions? Thank you for your wisdom!

I see nothing in that photo that would make me recommend removing any of the leaves. Don't forget that the leaves are the "solar arrays" of the plants photosynthesis process.
