688-Possibly Onc. (formerly Colmanara) Jungle Monarch 'Everglades'

Looks like a good call. To verify, I typed O.-J.M. into search engine, and was sent right back to this forum, an earlier thread called "Oncidium Jungle Monarch 'Everglades' AM-HCC/AOS" with a perfect likeness to mine.

Wondered if #564 might be Bulb. longissimum.

Also #688 is very much like my Odcdm. Wildcat 'Yellow Cat.' which is currently in bloom.

I may have jumped in partway on a series of posts, but how come so many unknown plants?

jwcane 12-24-2011 05:47 AM

It is an accumulation of photos made over the past few years. In most cases, in a botanical garden the tag was missing or not discoverable. At commercial nurseries, often only the genus is printed on the tag.

I'm new to this forum and hope I am not abusing my privileges. Everyone has been very prompt and helpful with their replies.
