Help with Laelia Anceps

I purchased a bare root laelia anceps this year at my show. It was bare root with about 4 pseudobulbs. I put it in a basket with a mix of bark and moss. It has grown two new leads since and flushed out a pretty good amount of roots. The pseudobulbs are fairly plump, but I have been reading about its culture and a few talked about a winter rest. I was wondering if this is necessary and if it is, how would you put this plant through it and for how long?

This link may help you. IOSPE PHOTOS. Basically, when you see the growth slow down or stop withhold water until the following spring when you see growth resuming.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm...I'm certainly no expert, but I never fully stop watering the Laelias, even in the winter. I reduce the water to about once every two weeks or so, depending on the weather. But, I never fully stop watering them.
