Dendrobium pendulum
 

Hi everyone I need some help with a Den pendulum. I received last night a lovely den pendulum purple plant already in bloom with a small kiki coming up at the side. It had about 8-10 small roots.
However i was told to mount it on a tree.
Questions:
1. I have a palm tree & a mango tree - can it be mounted on this? Which tree would be better? The mango tree has lots of leaves and very shady and cool.
2. How much sun should it get on a daily basis?
3. How often should I water it?
4. How often should I fertilize it?

I really just need some basic care on it.
