It's a Goner :( Phal w/ root rot
 

I repotted my phal in bark medium, watered carefully, but
i think it just does not have enough root to support it. It had 4 leaves, one died, and the other two are yellowing at the crown. I don't see any evidence f root rot, so i took the plant out of the bark and am trying a sphag and bag to see if it will produce some new roots.

If sphag/bag doesn't work, you might try water culture.

When all else has failed that's worked for me.
