"My" lizards

These guys are always around :) I love the big dark one, he looks like a dragon at times, but I don't know their name. The smaller guys are Anoles and a bunch of them have taken up residence in the room...their rent? Eat any bugs before they get to the 'chids!

Just have to keep an eye on Sammi...she thinks they're fun to chase

Not sure of the names of these guys, but Sammy will get sick if he eats a skink type lizard. They are great to have around, bugs fear them:fight:

I like them , had one in the greenhouse awhile back and a tree frog I put the lizard out because I use Home Defense around the door sills afraid he would get the residue on him. Thanks for showing yours . gin

I like these little guys! I have a few that live in the rock wall outside - and the cats seem to leave them alone, thankfully. I envision them as fellow warriors against the baddies - just like the ladybugs and praying mantis I encourage

We keep a very close eye on Sammi as she has a senstive stomach to begin with so we try to stop her from eating anything we don't give her. :)
Thanks for the info, though

Very nice. I think one is a bark anole and the other one green anole. They're cute, but the males have a bit of an attitude. They do have a cool dewlap

Cool photo, Marty

The guys down here do the same thing but it's very red, the ones in your pic look a little more pink to me :scratchhead:

Thats a nice photo of a male Sue (The first two, not sure about the others). You too Marty. Anoles are always fun to chase :) Any geckos come out at night for you Sue?

I kept both when I was a kid. The red dewlap is probably of the bark anole, while the pinkish probably of the green anole. The green goes from lime green to dark brown. It's often referred to as the new world chameleon - though it has nothing to do with chameleons. Both are cool, I'm also curious, do you have any geckos walking around at night? Them geckos are fun!

If they're out there...I haven't seen 'em
